Q. What if I find the item I need but not in the quantity I need?

A. Contact us directly for additional case pack options. We will be happy to work with you to find the right solution for your application.


Q. What if I don't see the bottle and cap combination that I need?

A. One of our specialties is custom container solutions. We have most container components in stock, therefore we can design a unique package best suited for your application. We will make every effort to find the right combination of container, closure and liner system.


Q. Does Qorpak source products not listed on the website?

A. Yes! Let us know your specific laboratory supply needs and we will scour the marketplace to find the products you are looking for.

Q. Does Qorpak have MSDS, Certificates of Compliance and Certificates of Analysis?

A. Yes, many products have these certificates available, including pre-cleaned labware. Please contact our Customer Care Center at (800) 922-7558 for more information.


ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Would you like to receive N30 credit terms? Click here to access our on-line credit application.


Q. Is there a minimum order?

A. Yes, in order to bring you the best service possible, a minimum merchandise value of $250 is required for all orders. In addition, products that are being sent directly from the manufacturer may have a minimum order requirement which varies according to the vendor. Contact our Customer Care Center at (800) 922-7558 for more information regarding minimum orders.


RETURNS, FREIGHT CHARGES, AND CLAIMS

Q. How do I return a product?

A. Before returning any item, call (800) 922-7558 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. 

  • Requests for return authorization must be made within 30 days of purchase. 
  • All items must be unused, clean, and unaltered to be considered for return.
  • Items that are custom to a customer, or precleaned are not able to be returned.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for return freight.

Be sure to write your Return Authorization Number on all shipping labels and correspondence about this shipment. Send to the address indicated on your Return Authorization Form. 


Click here to review our General Return Policy. Returns made without a Return Authorization Number will be returned collect to the sender. Credit cannot be provided without a Return Authorization Number.


Q. Is there a time limit on returns?

A. Returns must be received within 30 days of issuance of the Return Authorization Number. Shipping costs must be pre-paid unless otherwise instructed. COD's will not be accepted.


Q. Does Qorpak have a Freight Claim Policy in force?

A. Yes. We take great care in packing your order; however, occasional damage or shortages are unavoidable. As soon as you receive a shipment, carefully unpack and inspect it. If you find damages or shortages: do not accept the shipment until the carrier's driver makes a damage notation on your delivery receipt or freight bill.  For concealed damages on "Prepay and Add" shipments - Qorpak must be notified by E-mail or FAX within 5 working days in order for us to respond to the carrier for a possible claim or on site inspection. Collect and third party claims should be filed by you.


SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

Q. Does qorpak.com use "cookies?"

A. Yes, but only to ensure that each Web page you visit recognizes your entire visit, a process called "session tracking." Session tracking, for example, allows you to place products in your Shopping Cart while browsing for other products. Saving cookies to your computer is the most efficient way to track sessions. Qorpak does not use cookies or the information obtained through cookies for any purpose unrelated to your activities on qorpak.com.
