Compound Sample Vials

Compound Vials have a low profile for greater stability and wide mouth for ease of sampling. The Lab-Pak carton includes a shrink wrapped tray of 144 Vials and a bag of 144 Green Thermoset F217 PTFE lined caps (not assembled).

The optional Thermoset (phenolic) plastic caps have a wide range of chemical compatibility and temperature tolerances. The F217 liners have a low density foam core between two solid layers of LDPE; these foam backed PTFE liners resist attack from virtually all chemicals at room temperature and provides resilience for a tight seal with a low moisture transmission rate.

Amber glass vials provide excellent protection from UV rays and clear vials allow for easy of identification of contents. Compound Vials are excellent for small quantities of light-sensitive compounds or powders.
