By using a three-step process, all particles five
microns or larger are eliminated. Traces of bottle release agents and other
contaminants are removed.
Designed for those needing containers free from
particulate contaminates, our cleaning procedure includes ultrasonic cleaning,
chemistry, a de-ionized water rinse, and double sealing. After the bottles
pass our rigid quality control tests, they are certified. All processes
take place within an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom.
